Description

Japanese precision and application - this module aims to enable students to acquire basic competence in the Japanese language in translation and composition and to provide the grounding necessary for intermediate study. Through regular practice with Japanese and English texts, students will learn how to accurately produce written Japanese and render it into natural English. Clear, controlled vocabulary attainment targets are set and strategies for character-learning are introduced from the earliest stages.
